A HANDS ON TRAINING COURSE IN THE FIELD OF DERMATOLOGIC & LASER SURGERY AT RAMATHIBODI SKIN LASER CENTER* IN DIVISION OF DERMATOLOGY OF FACULTY OF MEDICINE OF MAHIDOL UNIVERSITY IN BANGKOK IN THE YEAR 2004.

AFTER COMPLETION OF THE SAID COURSE “ FELLOW IN DERMATOLOGIC LASER SURGERY” IS AWARDED BY DIVISION OF DERMATOLOGY OF MAHIDOL UNIVERSITY, BANGKOK.  

Ramathibodi Skin Laser Center (RSLC)functions within Dermatology Division of Ramathibodi Hospital. Ramathibodi Hospital is a leading teaching hospital of the Faculty of Medicine, Mahidol University located in Bangkok, Thailand. The Division of Dermatology, Department of Medicine is responsible for all the dermatology training programs of the faculty. The Ramathibodi Skin Laser Center was founded in 1991 by Clinical Professor Niwat Polnikorn, the pioneer of laser surgery in Thailand; RSLC is the first government laser center to offer high quality training and support in all aspects of lasers and intense pulsed light treatments. Since then RSLC has built practices over the years on a simple formula: by combining advanced technology and extensive expertise with a commitment to provide the highest levels of patient care. RSLC offers a wide range of services; from simple cosmetic peels to complicated scar, birthmark, wrinkles, sclerotherapy,  hair and nail surgical  treatments. The RSLC is a leader in government hospital-based services in the field of Dermatologic Surgery, Laser Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. 

Remarks

I am always open to  learn, analyze and to improve. I believe this process must continue till the date you die. Moreover, I believe that one can learn even in the process of  death and surely even in the death. It is a never ending process. Furthermore, I also buy that if you get an opportunity to learn something special then grab that by both of your hands and  never let that go because you do not know when again you will get alike the  same. Additionally, it doesn’t matter who is he? Whether he is a student or a  junior colleague or a colleague, all are worth for that. I also realize that I  must follow the principles made by me in letter and spirit, however, I do never  let go also to realize that there are certain laws made by the nature and that  I have always to respect the both. Your great principles made by you shall not  be rewarding at all in case the same is not followed, programmed and executed  in proper way and with mutual respect to the laws of the nature. The law of nature  enforces us to enjoy experience, relish and savor this beautiful world through  the period of pauses in the journey of your life. While I was working at abroad  I use to get one month vacation after every six months. I always use to contemplate  such vacations to mix entertainment and education both. My experiences have let  me realize that I always learnt more and enjoyed more in those tenures. During the aforesaid tenures I frequently tend to undertake  some of the minor but very useful hands on/ observational training courses of a  month or less in duration attained at a reputed institution, organization or in  a private set up facilitated by a reputed dermatologist.
